Niloticus crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus) gets its name from its native region, the Nile River.

Porosus crocodile (Crocodylus porosus), also called saltwater crocodile, Marine or Sea crocodile.  Porosus crocodile is sourced in Eastern India, Northern Australia, South-East Asia and surrounding waters.

Alligator’s (Alligatoridae) habitat is in the USA, Mexico and the People’s Republic of China.
